Natural Djimmah Coffee is different from most unwashed African coffees, with a clean cup, smooth body, low acidity and hints of red fruits. Ethiopia is the cradle of coffee, in each area there are specific varieties, according to some scientists they have recognized 37 varieties of which 34 are natural. The variety is named after the area in which it has grown for years. It must have the characteristic flavor of the area, with a specific cup profile, a coffee that preserves the profiles of Ethiopian coffees, a complex cup profile is obtained. Ethiopian Coffee is highly appreciated in the Barista community, they are the most complex varieties in the world. Furthermore, their profiles vary depending on the region and the beneficiary process.
